Intro Session
$50
Let’s review your health history, and set the stage for making small and consistent pivots that will change your life the way you envision. This session will be me learning about you, and you learning about how we would work together going forward. If we decide we are not a good match, you’ll still be a step further in knowing what would work for you. There’s no failure, just feedback.

Single Session
$150
If you would like to take this one step at a time, commit to one session at a time, this is the option for you. When you are feeling ready to commit to yourself via this avenue longer term, you can explore some savings in packages. I get it, it needs to feel right!

6-Session Package
$720
This package will suit those of you that know that you want a health coach going forward, whether it’s every week, once a month or every once in a while. Our time together always seems to produce some revelation about you, or the check ins and accountability really make a difference.

Monthly Membership
$250/month
This package includes: One full session per month, weekly email check-ins from me, and the option to join a monthly community zoom call (once active). This package is for those that value the monthly face-to-face that help you work through those pesky limiting beliefs, allowing you to pivot and advance in your health journey. It’s for those that value community support, and for those that benefit from the weekly email check-ins.

Grocery Store Run
$150
Beyond the “shop the perimeter” method, would you like to learn about how to navigate each food aisle, how to read food labels and how to find alternatives to less healthy choices? Sometimes change can be frustrating when you feel that eliminating choices just makes it harder. Sometimes there’s too much information out there to make a trip to the grocery store quick and easy.
